6月2日我們參加了夢工廠動畫首映, 3D電影馬達加斯加3：歐洲大圍捕。特別的是這次不在好萊塢環球影城，是在洛杉磯市區:「洛杉磯城中區復甦計畫」中的L.A.Live。 6月8日在中國和北美同步上映。多少年我們到洛杉磯不會去城中區的，沒想到它已有很大的變化。LA Live是洛杉磯城中區新地標，緊鄰洛杉磯湖人隊主場地Staples Center和洛杉磯市會議中心，這裡結合運動、娛樂、美食和生活四大主題，讓城中區風華重現，注入新活力、動力和生命。
這裡有主辦葛萊美獎頒獎典禮的諾基亞戲院（Nokia Theater）、擁有14家戲院的帝王電影院（Regal Cinemas）、兩家頂級大旅館、還有超過12家各式美食餐廳等，是吃喝玩樂新亮點, 許多人選擇搬到這裡, 讓活力的LA再崛起，越夜越美麗。
My son took us to the premiere of DreamWorks Animation's Madagascar3: Europe's Most Wanted. It was held in a renovated LA downtown area called "L.A.Live" which cost about $2.5 billion and has 5.6 million square feet of apartments, ballrooms, bars, concert theatres, restaurants, movie theaters and a 54-storey hotel and condominium tower, on a 27-acre site. It is an entertainment complex adjacent to the Staples Center which hosts NBA Lakers and others.
