Inspired by European influences, the 16-acre garden, situated in a 654-acre estate, is a series of enclosed spaces containing parterres, terraces, lawns and pools. A variety of plants abound include camellias, rhododendrons, roses and magnolias. In the spring, there are bulbs such as hyacinths, tulips and daffodils lined in perfect rows throughout the gardens or in gorgeous planters around the estate.
The name Filoli originally came from “Fight...love...live...”.
如果你曾經去過Filoli花園，你知道是多麼令人嘆為觀止的景觀。這個美麗近百年歷史的莊園, 位於舊金山以南約25英里, 大部分本地人曾到過這個花園，但外人不太知道它。每年的春天，這裡百花盛開，萬紫千紅。
Filoli花園有一系列圍蔽空間, 包含花壇，露台，草坪和水池。各種植物比比皆是，包括山茶花，杜鵑花，玫瑰和木蘭花。在春天，有風信子，鬱金香和水仙花球莖等等。
